New Feature: Headgears

Headgears are a new cosmetic item slot that doesn't affect gameplay (except for making you look stylish as hell). Every turtle now discovers their favorite hat when they reach water!

• Fixed a bug where Omnishard was mistakenly treating Water cells as valuables and highlighting them.
