Fullscreen & 4k support

• The game now supports fullscreen mode (click the expand button in the bottom-right corner).
• All game assets have been upgraded to HD versions, making everything look crisp and sharp, especially on 4K displays.

Grampshell just got an HD makeover. Still old, just... high-res old.
